How can I find out the cost of BRANDKEEPER’s services?

The cost depends on the type of damage and leather, as different issues require unique restoration techniques. We don’t have a fixed price list, but you can get an estimated cost for your item through these options:

  • Upload a photo on our website.
  • Send a photo via WhatsApp.
  • Schedule a concierge visit for an on-site evaluation.
  • Bring your item to our studio for an in-person assessment.
  • Book a virtual evaluation via Zoom.

Please note that the initial estimate may change after a detailed inspection by our artisans due to material costs or unexpected damage.

How long will my item be in service?

The turnaround time varies based on the complexity of the work and drying time. Estimated timelines:

  • Leather care (SPA): 1-2 weeks.
  • Shoe repair and restoration: 2-4 weeks.
  • Handbag repair and restoration: 4-6 week

If you need your item faster, we offer an express service at an additional cost (+30% of the regular price). We will notify you as soon as your item is ready.

How will I know when my item is ready?

We will notify you via your preferred messaging app, email, or a phone call.

Can I get an exact completion date for my item?

We cannot guarantee an exact date, as all finished items undergo a rigorous two-step quality check. If any issues are identified, the item may be sent back for further refinement to ensure it meets our high standards.

Can I use my item immediately after the service?

This depends on the type of service. After leather restoration, we recommend:

  • Avoiding use of the item for 3 days after pickup.
  • Preventing direct contact with liquids for 2 weeks.
  • Refraining from using chemical cleaners or treatments.
  • If needed, gently cleaning with a damp microfiber cloth.

How should I store my item after restoration?

To maintain the results of restoration:

  • Keep the item away from heating devices and direct sunlight.
  • Store it in a dust bag.
  • Use special paper or inserts to help maintain its shape.

How often should my leather items receive a SPA treatment?

The frequency depends on usage, but we recommend bringing your leather goods for a professional checkup and care treatment at least once a year.

When is the best time to apply sole protection?

Sole protection can be applied at any time, but we recommend doing so immediately after purchase, before wearing the shoes. This ensures a more precise and symmetrical application, extending the life of the sole.

How can I access BRANDKEEPER’s services?

We offer several convenient options:

  • Drop off your item at our studio or a designated pickup point.
  • Ship your item to us via mail.
  • Schedule our Pick-up & Delivery Service.
  • Request our concierge service (a specialist will visit you).
  • Arrange for on-site restoration at your location.

How can I track the progress of my item’s restoration?

After we receive your item, you will receive a confirmation notification. Throughout the process, we’ll send updates via email or your preferred messaging app when restoration begins and when it’s complete.

Who is responsible for shipping-related issues, such as loss or damage?

BRANDKEEPER is not responsible for issues related to shipping, including loss, damage, or delays. The risk of loss transfers to us only when your item arrives at our studio and transfers back to you when we hand it over to the shipping carrier. We recommend using a reliable carrier and insuring your shipment for added protection. Please inspect your package upon receipt and document any damages for insurance claims.

What happens if I don’t pick up my item after restoration?

If an item is not picked up within 30 days after notification, a storage fee of $10 per month will apply. Items left unclaimed for more than 6 months may be disposed of at our discretion.
