Online quotations may differ from the final service price when you bring your goods to BRANDKEEPER

The price may also change, either increasing or decreasing, once the goods are inspected by our craftsmen. In any case, the final cost will be agreed upon with you before the service begins

Payments and Pickups

We accept cash and most credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express), as well as EMV chip cards. We also support contactless payments such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, and Alipay. We do not accept personal checks or money orders. According to Miami-Dade County’s Sale and Use Tax, an additional 7% is charged on the service price.

For repairs dropped off in person at our locations, payment must be made in full before the repair process begins. For online repair orders, a hold will be placed on your card for the estimated repair amount at checkout, but you will not be charged until we receive the item and determine the exact repair cost.

If, for any reason, you decide not to proceed with your repair before we begin work, we will issue a full refund.
When picking up goods at one of our branches, you must present your order number and provide your registered phone number. If you lose your order number, you will need to describe the item and present a photo ID. We keep transaction records and can verify ownership before returning your item.

If you are unable to pick up your repaired items in person, you may authorize a friend or family member to do so. They must provide the order number, your registered phone number, and present their ID. Please keep your order number secure, as anyone with it can pick up your repaired item.

Storage After Service

Due to the high volume of repairs and limited storage space, we apply a storage fee of $10 per month after one month from the date you receive notification that your order is ready. If an item remains unclaimed for six months from the date of notification, we reserve the right to dispose of the item at our discretion.

Turnaround Time

At BRANDKEEPER, we value punctuality and strive to complete most repair work within 2 to 8 weeks or less. However, special or original materials may require additional time due to factors beyond our control. If you need your goods faster, we offer an express repair option for an additional 30% charge on the regular price. We will contact you as soon as your goods are ready for pickup.

Guarantee

All repairs are covered by a one-month guarantee from the date of pickup. If any issues arise within this period due to the repair work performed, we will address them at no additional charge.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our repair and restoration services, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a service has been completed. If you are dissatisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your repaired item, and we will assess the issue on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will only be issued if we determine that the repair was not performed as agreed upon.

Liability and Disclaimer

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your items, BRANDKEEPER is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by pre-existing conditions, age, or structural weaknesses of the item.
  • Items left unclaimed beyond six months.
  • Any loss or damage due to force majeure events such as natural dis asters or unforeseen incidents.
  • Color variations due to material limitations or pre-existing conditions.

Updates and Modifications

BRANDKEEPER reserves the right to update or amend these Policies and Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting the updated version on our website. It is your responsibility to review our policies periodically to ensure compliance.
